Our rooms are comfortably furnished and have flat screen colour TV/DVD and free Internet access.   Beverage making facilities and hairdryers are available in all rooms and toiletries are supplied in the bathrooms.   Comfortable duvets and pillows complement the rooms and offer a warm and comfortable nights sleep.   Room Rates start from £35 per night per person (based on double occupancy) for a  twin room with shower room opposite and £40 per night per person in a twin en-suite (based on double occupancy).   Single occupancy supplements apply.    There is good off-road parking for several cars and we offer a good breakfast which is cooked in a healthy fashion and are happy to accommodate dietary needs with prior notification.   Sylven Lea has a Food Standards Agency Food Hygiene Rating of 5.


Booking Terms and Conditions

A 'booking' means any order for our products or services on this site that is accepted by us.   Acceptance will be made by us (and a contract concluded) when we have received full payment from you.   There is no agent involved in this booking process; the contract is concluded between you as the Customer and us as the Business.

Refunds & Cancellations
A full refund will be given for cancellations made outside of 48 hours of your booked accommodation.   No refund will be made for cancellations made within 48 hours of your booked accommodation.

Payment
Full payment for all bookings is required at the time of booking.
