Booking Terms and Conditions


A 'booking' means any order for our products or services on this site that is accepted by us. Acceptance will be made by us (and a contract concluded) when we have received full payment from you. There is no agent involved in this booking process; the contract is concluded between you as the Customer and us as the Business.

Refunds & Cancellations

A full refund will be given if cancellation is made more than 48 hours before the date booked.
No refund will be made for cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice.
To cancel a booking, call us on 01256 381862.
Please ensure you have your credit / debit card details handy in order that we can arrange for the refund (where applicable) to be made.

Payment

Full payment for all bookings is required at the time of booking.

Privacy Policy

Credit Card details of customers will be destroyed once payment is received and will not be disclosed to any other person or business.

Please note that Sylven Lea B&B is unsuitable for pets.

Sylven Lea is a fully non-smoking establishment, although guests can smoke in designated areas outside.
